# Media Page

> Curate YouTube videos and Instagram posts on your public /media page.

## Overview

The `/media` page lets you showcase highlights, game footage, and social posts without hosting any video yourself. Admins paste YouTube or Instagram URLs — YouTube videos embed directly, and Instagram posts display as branded link cards.

## Where to find it

* **Admin → Media** — add and manage items
* Public page at `[yourleague]/media`

The **Media** link appears automatically in your public navigation once any items are added.

## Add a YouTube video

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to Admin → Media → Add">
    Click **Add** to open the add media panel.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select YouTube">
    Choose **YouTube** as the media type.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Paste the video URL">
    Paste the video URL. Watch URLs, share links, Shorts URLs, and embed URLs all work.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add an optional title and caption">
    These are shown below the video on the media page. Both are optional.

  <Step title="Save">
    Click **Save**. The video embeds in a 16:9 player on the media page.

## Add an Instagram post

  <Step title="Go to Admin → Media → Add">
    Click **Add** to open the add media panel.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Instagram">
    Choose **Instagram** as the media type.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Paste the post URL">
    Paste the URL of an Instagram post, reel, or TV video.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add an optional title and caption">
    These appear on the card displayed on your media page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Click **Save**. Since Instagram doesn't allow direct embeds, the item appears as a branded card with caption that links out to Instagram in a new tab.

## Reorder items

Use the **↑ ↓ buttons** in the admin list to change the display order on the media page. Drag-to-reorder is not available — use the arrows.

## Remove an item

Click the **delete button** on any item in the admin list to remove it from the media page immediately.

## Follow CTA

If your organization has an Instagram handle set in **Settings → Website**, a **"Follow us @handle"** link appears at the bottom of the media page to help visitors find your social profile.
