# Your Profile

> Update your personal information, photo, privacy settings, and notification preferences.

## Edit your profile

Click your name or avatar in the top navigation and select **Profile**, or go directly to `yourleague.fielddayapp.ca/profile`.

## What you can update

* **Profile photo** — Click your avatar or initials to upload a photo. It appears on team rosters, leaderboards, and the player list. Upload any image — it's displayed as a circle.
* **Name** — your display name shown on rosters and standings
* **Phone number** — required to receive SMS reminders. You must also have SMS enabled in Notification Preferences to receive texts.
* **Position** — your preferred playing position (sport-specific)
* **Emergency contact** — optional; visible only to org admins and league admins

## Privacy

Control what teammates can see about you.

| Setting                            | Default | What it controls                                                              |
| ---------------------------------- | ------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Show contact info to teammates** | Off     | When off, your email and phone number are hidden from teammates on team pages |

Org admins can always see your contact info regardless of this setting.

## Notification preferences

Manage how and when you receive reminders about your games.

### Email reminders

Enabled by default. Uncheck to stop receiving game reminder emails from all your leagues. This only affects automated pre-game digest emails — important account emails (password reset, waiver confirmation, etc.) are always sent.

### Game Day SMS

When enabled, you'll receive a single SMS on game day morning listing all your games for that day. You need a phone number saved on your profile to receive it.

### SMS opt-in

To receive any SMS from Fieldday — including game-day digests and pre-game reminders — make sure:

1. Your phone number is saved on your profile
2. SMS notifications are enabled in your Notification Preferences

To opt out of all SMS, remove your phone number or disable SMS in your preferences.

## Security (2FA)

Org admins are required to set up two-factor authentication. Players and league admins can optionally add it for extra account security.

Under the **Security** section of your profile:

* Click **Enable two-factor authentication** to add an authenticator app.
* Click **Remove authenticator** and enter your current code to remove 2FA.

## Your registrations

Your active league registrations and team memberships are shown on your **Dashboard** at `yourleague.fielddayapp.ca/dashboard`.
