Co-organizer accounts are available on the Pro and Club plans.
Fieldday has two admin roles you can assign to other people in your organization.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|
| Org Admin | Full access — billing, branding, settings, and all events |
| League Admin | Create and manage events, schedules, and player rosters — but no access to billing or org settings |
Invite someone
- Go to Admin → Settings → Admins
- Click Invite admin
- Enter their email address and select a role
- Click Send invite
They’ll receive an email with a link to set up their account. If they already have a Fieldday account, they’ll be added immediately.
Use League Admin for coaches or event coordinators who need to manage specific leagues but shouldn’t have access to your billing or branding settings.
Remove an admin
- Go to Admin → Settings → Admins
- Find the person in the list
- Click Remove
Removing an admin revokes their access immediately. Their Fieldday account is not deleted — they just lose access to your organization.
