Early bird pricing is available on the Pro and Club plans.
Early bird pricing lets you set a lower fee for registrations made before a deadline, automatically switching to the regular price after that date.

Set up early bird pricing

When creating or editing an event:
  1. Enable Early bird pricing
  2. Set the Early bird price (e.g. 60 for $60)
  3. Set the Early bird deadline — the date and time the discounted price expires
After the deadline, the regular event price applies automatically. No manual changes needed.

How it appears to players

Players who register before the deadline see the early bird price at checkout. Players who register after see the regular price. The event listing shows both prices with the deadline date so players know when the discount expires.
