Payment plans are available on the Club plan.
Payment plans allow players to split a registration fee into multiple installments rather than paying everything upfront.

Set up a payment plan

When creating or editing an event:
  1. Enable Payment plans
  2. Set the Number of installments (e.g. 2 or 3 payments)
  3. Set the installment schedule — how many days apart each payment is due

How it works for players

At checkout, players can choose to pay in full or use the payment plan. If they choose the plan, their first installment is charged immediately. Subsequent installments are charged automatically on the scheduled dates. Players receive an email reminder before each installment is due.

Managing installment payments

Go to Admin → Events → [Your event] → Registrations to see each player’s installment schedule and payment status. You can see which installments have been paid and which are upcoming or overdue.
